Okay, maybe this time it will stick! :D
I've started an exercise program. At least 5 days a week I'm doing a half-hour's worth of Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds. I try to make one of those days a 3 mile/45 minute session. I've been doing this for about 6 weeks and I think I have finally gotten to the point where I don't hate it! I don't exactly love it, but I don't loathe doing it like I did at the beginning.
I don't want to be a total exercise nut but I want to be able to eat junk so I guess I need to exercise. :D
